Grace World Tours have been organising STEM school trips to the USA for more than 10 years.
The pinnacle of this East Coast USA tour is Orlando, where rockets launch and exploration is second nature. Inspiring the next generation of Science, Technology, Engineering and Math students at the gateway to space. We start in NYC visiting incredible museums and taking in the iconic landscape before moving on to Washington DC to visit The Smithsonians
In Orlando your students can either take part in NASA’s Camp KSC International where they will simulate life on mars including a botany lab in Mars Base 1 and train at Kennedy’s brand new Astronaut Training Center, or take part in a 3 or 5 day robotics program with Space Trek where you’ll design and program robots culminating in a Mars Surface Mission.
The amazing exhibits and inspiring shows at the Kennedy Space Center among other activities will immerse students into the science and history behind space exploration giving context to your STEM classroom learning.
Orlando also offers rich performing arts and museum scenes; several fantastic nature preserves; fabulous cuisine and top theme parks for schools. Your school travel advisor will be able to help you create a customised trip itinerary that caters to your learning objectives.
