Vietnam & Cambodia trip itinerary
DAY 1: TRAVEL TO HANOIDepart from your nearest international airport and fly to Hanoi.
DAY 2: HANOI CITY TOUR & PUPPET SHOW
This morning teachers and students will head on a half day city tour of Hanoi. Take in the highlights of Hanoi’s history and cultures with visits to the war museum and Ho Chi Minh Museum. After lunch, visit Hoan Kiem Lake and Ngoc Son Temple on a 1-hour cylco tour. For dinner, you will visit the social enterprise, KOTO. The disadvantaged youth here will be providing your dinner and a water puppet show.
DAY 3: HANOI TO HẠ LONG BAY
Breakfast at the Hotel and depart by coach to Hong Gai Wharf. Once you’ve arrived in Hạ Long Bay, you will board a boat cruise. Enjoy a buffet lunch with Vietnamese dishes served while cruising through the bay. Sights include: Soi Sim beach, coconut three island and dog stone islet. Enjoy the afternoon swimming (weather permitting), at Ti Top Beach before attending a Vietnamese cooking class on the sundeck. You won’t want to miss Hạ Long Bay’s famous sunset this evening.
